We launched it because the moment demands it.
Across North America, communities are unraveling. Volunteers are burning out. Traditions that once held us together are at risk of being lost.
But something powerful is also happening.
People are stepping up.
Not celebrities. Not politicians.
People like you.
The ones who give their evenings, their weekends, their holidays.
The ones who carry the weight and never ask for credit.
And when we say You Make THE Difference—we’re not trying to inspire you.
We’re just telling the truth.
We believe in your capacity.
We believe that the people closest to the problem are the ones best suited to solve it.
And we believe the fair is one of the last great institutions that can still bring a community together—across generations, across beliefs, across divides.
That’s why we’re hitting the road to train every fair board, ag society, service club, and rodeo association in America!
We’re traveling this great land, meeting the difference makers face-to-face.
We’ll tell their stories.
We’ll share what we’ve seen.
And we’ll pass along what we’re learning—every step of the way.
