OUR PROCESS FOR POSITIVE CHANGE

Before. During. And for 30 days after.

Every speaker engagement includes our complete six-step process. We prepare around your people, deliver with purpose, and stay with the learning after the event.

One, two, or three-day conference learning processes generally only reach the surface. Within 7–10 days after hearing, participants lose 94.6% of what they heard and experienced.

To be good stewards, we must give attendees at least 30 days of follow-up support to give positive change a chance of happening.

01

BEFORE THE EVENT

Pre-event questionnaire

We begin with your desired outcomes. Our questionnaire helps us understand your audience, who they are, the challenges they face, and the issues affecting them every day.

02

BEFORE THE EVENT

Key stakeholder interviews

We speak with 6–8 key stakeholders to understand conditions on the ground. Their perspectives help us connect the message to the realities of your people and organization.

03

BEFORE THE EVENT

Promotional video

We create a video to promote your event, introduce the speakers and activities, and explain the registration process—building anticipation before participants arrive.

04

AT THE EVENT

The big event

A keynote and up to four breakout sessions deliver an audience-specific, heartfelt message built around your desired outcomes. Meaningful information and tangible tools help participants turn inspiration into practice.

05

AFTER THE EVENT

30-day follow-up support

A dedicated follow-up webpage supports the learning for 30 days after the event. With an additional 12–15 hours of training, participants have practical support to apply what they’ve learned.

06

AFTER THE EVENT

Commitment to change

We challenge each participant to choose one thing they want to improve during the 30-day follow-up period and beyond. That personal commitment gives the learning a clear direction and a practical next step.

A message that connects with your people.

We shape the event around your audience and the difference you want to make. These are some of the conversations we can build together.

Leadership that moves people

Purpose, personal responsibility, leading through change, and helping ordinary people accomplish extraordinary things.

Stronger organizations

Volunteer engagement, board leadership, organizational culture, and the people who sustain fairs, agricultural societies, and community organizations.

People who can keep giving

Mental health, resilience, burnout prevention, connection, and supporting the well-being of people who serve others.

Start with a speaker. Or start with a need.
